Hey....finally my Track and Field national competition is over....but i will still be busy anyway as after my competition...my studies come...O'level wat...lol....hahahaha.....so sian la....muz study n study n study.....ARRRRGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!! :).....

For this year competition, i did pretty good for my discus but as usual for my shot put....happy n sad at the same time....but feel more sad coz shot put come last....i get 1st for discus n shot put i get 2nd....wth la.....lose by 4cm....such a short distance that i really regret not focusing man......hummm....but wats over is over....
